These delightful mamezara (side dishes) are hand made in Mino with the greatest care and attention to detail by expert ceramists.
The ceramist uses a unique technique where the white of the flowers is the porcelain base thereby giving the surface a delicate textured feel.
Both the shape of the dishes, and the pattern of sakura flowers match that of the larger Sakura Sushi Dish (sold separately) perfectly complementing each other as a set.
