How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our boxes ship directly from Japan and international shipping can be unpredictable, as such we can’t guarantee that your box will arrive by a certain date. It typically takes 1 to 3 weeks to arrive from the date you place your order but can take up to 4 or more weeks depending on local customs and/or postal service delays.

Will I have to pay Customs and Duties?

When ordering goods from Mizu Japan you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Such import duties and/or taxes is entirely dependent upon the country the gift box is being shipped to and is not determined by Mizu Japan.

Please note that Mizu Japan is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs and/or duties whatsoever.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Mizu Japan cannot predict the value of what these charges may be.

How do I read Japanese expiration dates?

Please note the expiration dates on Japanese products are often written in the following format: yy/mm/dd.
Therefore if, for example, you see 23/10/21 on a package please rest assured your item has not expired as it's expiration date is the 21st of October 2023.
